The trip aimed to provide students with in-depth insights into the tourism industry while enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical contexts.

The trip lasted two days and one night, beginning early in the morning of 6 November. After having breakfast at Gana Dau Giay Restaurant, the group continued their journey to Phan Thiet. There, students visited Van Thuy Tu Temple, which preserves the largest whale skeleton in Southeast Asia, and Duc Thanh School, where President Ho Chi Minh once taught. On the second day, students experienced Bau Trang, one of the well-known destinations featuring unique natural landscapes. There, they participated in conquering the white sand dunes by off-road vehicles, an exciting and challenging activity.

The field trip not only helped students broaden their understanding of famous tourist destinations but also provided opportunities to practice essential skills in the tourism sector. Students learned how to organize and manage a tour, from planning and scheduling coordination to handling unexpected situations in real-life contexts. In addition, direct exposure to local culture and history enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of cultural values, thereby enhancing their ability to convey information and create memorable experiences for tourists.
